Freshwater fish with cherry tomatoes, celery, carrot and onion, a tasty express appetizer for bruschetta, salads, rice and cold pasta.

INGREDIENTS: Rainbow trout, Shad (Alosa fallax), Chub (Leuciscus cephalus), Carrots, Celery, Onions, Tomatoes, Extra virgin olive oil, Sunflower oil, Vinegar, Sea salt, Local aromatic herbs, Spices.
