By starting to browse, the site visitor accepts the terms and conditions indicated below, including all the documents shown. Users are invited to carefully examine this document before using the services.

IBIB Srl reserves the right to modify these conditions without notice. Use of the site implies acceptance of the changes.

The purchase is reserved for people who have completed eighteen years of age. Placing an order and making a payment implies acceptance of our conditions, and counts as a declaration of age. In any case, parents are directly responsible for the payment of anything purchased by children under the age of eighteen, without prejudice to the discipline of withdrawal.

Prices and availability of products

The prices of the products for sale on the site are expressed in Euros (€), and include VAT. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Where applicable, the shipping cost will be added to the price of the product during checkout. If the product is not available, the consumer will be promptly informed via e-mail to offer a refund or compensation of equal or greater value via coupon.

Limitation of Liability

IBIB Srl assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, present or future, against any natural or legal person resulting from use or incorrect use of the service provided by the site http://vetra.beer . The user who interacts with the site explicitly exempts IBIB Srl from this form of liability. IBIB Srl does not guarantee that the services performed by http://vetra.beer will be provided without interruptions. In any circumstance, the consumer will eventually be entitled only to a refund of the price paid.

User Responsibility

The user is required to ensure that the data entered is true, complete, updated and to promptly communicate any changes to the same. IBIB Srl is not responsible for errors in delivery, or for non-delivery, if an incorrect, non-existent, incomprehensible, ambiguous or test delivery address and/or availability was declared.

Right of withdrawal

Considering the characteristics of the product, the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal no later than 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. To cancel an order, contact the number 02.96450794 at your own expense or send an email to bevi@vetra.beer. The cancellation of the order and the relative refund can only take place if the products return in good condition, with no signs of opening. The costs and risks associated with returning the products will be borne by the consumer. It should be noted that the Community legislation provides that the right of withdrawal can be exercised only by natural persons (consumers) who act for purposes that can be considered unrelated to their commercial activity. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly. It should also be noted that, in the case of prize operations (so-called promotions), in which the purchase of an asset is combined with another asset that is sold at a negligible price or even given as a gift, the right of withdrawal will be legitimately exercised with the return of both goods object of the purchase, given the constraint of the accessory nature of the good in promotion with respect to the first.

Delivery

The indicative delivery times are 2/4 working days for deliveries in Northern and Central Italy, 3/6 working days for deliveries in Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia, the Venice Lagoon, smaller islands and disadvantaged locations.

Any disputes for breakages that occurred during transport can only be managed if the conditional acceptance clause is indicated at the time of delivery. IBIB Srl will not be liable, by way of example, for loss of profit, present and future damages, damages to third parties, damages to persons and/or capital losses, in all direct and indirect forms. In particular, no compensation can be requested for losses due to causes attributable to the courier.

Major force

IBIB Srl will not be responsible for the impossibility of completing the order and successfully completing the shipment, if such impossibility depends on circumstances that are not under the direct control of IBIB Srl, including, but not limited to: the modification of laws or government regulations, fire, theft, strike, natural accident, war, national emergency, power outage.

IBIB Srl is not responsible for damages or non-delivery caused by the modification of even a single payment or shipping condition (eg: your credit card was not accepted).

Jurisdiction

Terms and conditions will be interpreted in accordance with Italian commercial law and customs and those of the Court of Milan.
